  • Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program
    With funding from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, these community-based projects address health disparities and implement components of the pediatric medical home. Past projects in Louisiana include the following:

  • Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics
    This professional organization provides news, advocacy/legislation information, resources, and opportunities to connect with pediatric experts within Louisiana.
  • Bayou Land Families Helping Families
    The Family-to-Family Health Information Center and Family Voices State Affiliate Organization of Louisiana provides resources, peer support, education, and information to families of children with special health care needs.
  • Louisiana Title V
    A profile of Louisiana's state Title V program, includes contact information for the Maternal and Child Health and the Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program.
